Wansheng Power Plant, with a construction scale of 2× 300,000kW coal-fired generating unit, is the key energy project of Chongqing in 2005 and the only power source of Guodian Corporation in Chongqing municipality. The power plant is located in Wansheng District, an important coal industry town in Chongqing, adjacent to chongqing-Guizhou Expressway, 92 kilometers away from the main city of Chongqing, with superior geographical environment.
