Glass wool products as central air conditioning duct insulation material, is an economic, convenient construction, stable solution.  According to different construction requirements and construction habits, Utson designed and produced glass wool felt and glass wool board two product series.  Glass wool felt series more light, soft, high tensile strength, operability, but also save adhesive tape and other accessories.  Glass wool board series is tight and strong material, smooth surface, strong compressive characteristics, after installation, the appearance is more crisp and beautiful.  All product lines can be manufactured in different bulk density and thickness according to the design requirements, as well as different moisture-proof cladding materials.  

Correct installation:  

1. The air duct surface should be dry and clean.  Glass wool is also dry, no dust, slag or other foreign matter, and keep it dry after installation.  

2. Glass wool and its veneer should be cut in accordance with the air duct size requirements during installation, so that all joints can be tightly joined to prevent cold leakage.  

3. The insulation layer at the bottom of the horizontal air duct should be fixed to the duct wall with a fixed rubber nail or aluminum nail kit.  

4. All joints shall be sealed and bonded with sealing tape to ensure that glass wool is closed and isolated from the outside world.
